Background:

I have done sports all my life. When I was a kid I competed mainly in cross country skiing, long distance running (off season for skiing) and gymnastics, and later I moved on to team sports like football and floor ball.

As a teenager I got more in to fitness and gym training, and trained at different gyms, and did both group training of all sorts and my own gym training.

And in recent years I have discovered kettlebell, weight lifting and crossfit which I absolutely love! I love team workouts, but also enjoy training on my own.
