I´ve always been an active person. I played all sorts of sports growing up. I played handball, dancing, track and fields, gymnastics and soccer. The last mentioned I played for 6 years.  But the biggest passion was always dancing. In my late teen years I was a part of a trained dance crew. We also worked as children instructors in street dance.

In my early twenties I got qualifications as an aerobics instructor in Norway. I developed this into an aerobics concept for disabled people aged 13 to 65. I love the combination of fitness, strength and dance! In this period I also trained strength for my own interest.

I moved to Malta in April of 2014 and was looking for a place to continue to develop my fitness interest, and was very happy to find Spartan Kettlebells and Maja!

I´ve got a BA in pedagogy. I´ve worked 4 years in kindergarten in Norway. I´ve always used the music, work out and dance with the kids. Right now I´m employed by my three lovely kids as a full time mom/housekeeper/chef/night nurse/team leader.
